STOCK PHOTOS WANTED LIST (updated 6/23/10)

This page is provided for photographers to see what types of images we are seeking for inclusion in the Green Stock Media photo agency. If you are a photographer, illustrator, or graphic artist interested in becoming a contributor please email us with your information and we will email you detailed submission guidelines. In your email it is helpful if you include your location, subjects you shoot, a link to web portfolio if you have one, and your background in photography (brief). This helps us get to know you and your work.

If you are a photo buyer and have reached this page searching for stock photos, please visit our stock photo index to find available images. Contact us if you need search assistance. We'd be happy to help you! We have in-depth knowledge of environmental sustainabilty issues, a significant archive of images not yet available online, and custom photography services. You may also sign-up for monthly stock photo email updates.

GENERAL IMAGE NEEDS

We strive to cover a wide and varied selection of environmental sustainability issues including, but not limited to, energy, transportation, food, water, building, wildlife, nature, oceans, waste, recycling, air quality, climate change, mining, forestry, technology, business, consumers, people, events, justice, and concepts. Images that express problems, solutions, and beauty are all important. We are definitely interested in expanding our coverage of subjects across the United States and throughout the world.

The best way to see what we already have is to review our stock photo index and search our photo archive. This is also a good idea anytime you want to shoot a specific subject. Even if we do have photos on a particular topic, we are looking for additional images that add value in terms of artistic quality, technical quality, orientation, geographic location, and historical significance.

SPECIFIC IMAGE NEEDS

The sections below contain stock photo subject matter, locations, and concepts of particular interest that will help expand our collection and meet client requests. Images are categorized by major subject. This list is by no means exhaustive and will evolve over time. Please contact us if you are unsure if your images fit within our scope.
